Refund policy

i. Once your order is confirmed, cancellation is generally not permitted. If cancellation is attempted after confirmation, Shanghai reserves the right to impose a cancellation fee of a minimum of INR 75 or up to the order value and may choose not to refund the order value. Alternatively, the complete or deficit cancellation fee may be recovered from your subsequent order.

ii. However, if any item on your order becomes unavailable, we will promptly notify you via the provided phone number. In such cases, you have the right to cancel the entire order and receive a refund as per our refund policy.

iii. Shanghai reserves the right to cancel your order under the following circumstances:

a. The delivery address falls outside our designated delivery zone.

b. Failure to reach you via phone or email to confirm the order.

c. Inability to deliver your order due to insufficient information, directions, or authorization.

d. Unavailability of all items ordered at the time of booking.

Refunds

  1. Refund Policy:

i. Refunds are applicable only if you pre-pay for your order at the time of placing it on the Platform, under the following circumstances:

 a. Packaging tampered or damaged upon delivery.

 b. Shanghai cancels your order due to:      

   A. Delivery location outside designated zones.

   B. Failure to confirm the order via phone or email.

 c. You cancel the order due to item unavailability at the time of booking.

ii. Refund decisions are made at our sole discretion and are final.

iii. Refund amounts will be credited to your account within 3-4 business days, as per the terms stipulated by the issuing bank of your credit/debit card.

  1. Payment at Delivery:

i. No payment is required if:

  a. Packaging is tampered or damaged by us.

  b. Incorrect order is delivered.

  c. Items are missing from your order upon delivery.
