  2. Delivery Zone: Home Delivery orders are accepted only within the permitted delivery zone of the designated Shanghai Flavours of China Town outlet. If the delivery address is outside this zone, the Customer may opt for 'Take Away' (pick up) from the nearest outlet.

Special Days and Holidays: Home Delivery timelines may not be guaranteed on special days such as political gatherings and holidays like Chinese New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, and Christmas. Shanghai Flavours of China Town reserves the right to update this list periodically.

  4. Temporary Withdrawal: Home Delivery may be temporarily withdrawn under conditions unsuitable for delivery personnel, ensuring their safety and efficiency.

  5. Payment Policy: Shanghai Flavours of China Town reserves the right to withdraw Cash on Delivery services and enforce Net Banking only at any time.

  6. Order Modification/Cancellation: From the Customer's perspective, orders once placed cannot be modified or canceled, whether online or via the call center.

  7. Refund Policy: From the Company's perspective, if an order processed via credit card is canceled due to the non-availability of the ordered product, the amount will be refunded to the customer. The refund will be reflected in next month's credit card statement.
